TUNA NOODLE SALAD

Serving Size 3

Ingredients:

1 Box of Eat Banza Pasta of your choice (my favorites here and here)

1/2 cup Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup Frozen Peas (thawed)

2 cans of Tuna stored in water

1 tsp Paprika

1 tbsp Caraway Seeds

Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

Drain tuna fish. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Divide among 3 glass storage containers. Eat alone or ontop of lettuce such as kale or arugula.
