1/4 avocado

1/2 frozen banana

1 scoop coconut protein powder (use Tone It Up Organics)

1/2 tsp spirulina powder

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or desired amount for consistency) 

1 tbsp melted organic peanut butter (for swirl)

Top With

Square Organics vanilla cashew crisp bar (crumbled)

1/4 cup fresh raspberries

1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

1 tbsp chia seeds


First ensure you have prepped your bananas and frozen them ahead of time. I like to slice them and toss individual servings into freezer lock bags for the week. Then start by gathering, preparing and measuring all other remaining ingredients.

1. Add banana, avocado, protein powder, spirulina and half of the almond to a blender or food processor fit with an s blade. Pulse or blend till ingredients begin to breakup and combine. 

2. While still blending, slowly add remaining almond milk till mixture is thick and smooth like ice cream.

3.) Pour into bowls, swirl in melted peanut butter and top with all the goodies. Enjoy!
