1 Cup Arugula

1 Cup Romaine

2 Tbsp Cup Chopped Cilantro

1/4 Cup Black Beans

1/4 Cup Corn

1/2 Medium Avocado Diced

1 Roma Tomato Diced

1/4 cup Shredded Chicken (optional)

Crushed Organic Corn Tortilla Stripes

2 Tbsp Organic Salsa

1/2 Lime juiced


Add Arugula, Romaine, Cilantro, Black Beans, Corn, and Avocado to a medium bowl. Toss to combine. Top with Salsa, fresh squeezed Lime, Chicken (optional), and Tortilla Strips. Enjoy!
