PUP-CAKES

Ingredients:

Cupcake:

- 1 cup oat flour

- 3/4 cup Peanut Butter Protein Powder

- 1/2 tsp baking soda

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1/3 cup shredder carrots

- 1 egg

- 1 banana

- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

- 2 tbsp honey

- 2 tbsp peanut butter (melted)

- 1/2 cup almond milk

Icing:

-3 tbsp Peanut Butter

- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

- 1/2 tsp Honey

Directions:

1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2.) If you do not have oat flour, blend oats and chopped carrots in a food processor fitted with an S blade until a flour like consistency is formed.

3.) Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. 

4.) In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients. 

5.) Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir to combine.

6.) Spray muffin tin with coconut oil spray and add batter to tins. 

7.) Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 

8.) For icing: whip together all ingredients in a bowl with a hand mixer. Once the cupcakes are cool top with icing and add extra dog treats to top for your pup or extra treats for yourself ( a la dark chocolate).
