1/4 cup Chocolate Protein

1/4 cup Peanut Butter Protein

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/8 cup cacao powder

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 tbsp coconut oil

1/4 cup egg whites

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup greek yogurt

coconut oil spray

Chocolate Frosting:

2 rip med/large avocados, peeled and pitted, 2 1/2 if smaller

1/2 cup cacao powder

1/2 maple syrup

2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

1/2 tsp rum extract

Peanut Butter Cream Cheese:

2 cups cashews, soaked overnight

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1/4 maple syrup

1/2 tsp almond extract

3/4 cup peanut butter


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a bowl combine all dry ingredients, except protein powder.

  3. Divide dry mixture into two bowls and add protein powder separately so that one makes a chocolate mixture and the other a peanut butter.

  4. In another bowl combine wet ingredients.

  5. Divide that mixture in two and add to your dry bowls.

  6. Stir to combine.

  7. Spray Donut tins with coconut oil spray.

  8. Add half of each mixture to each section of the tin. Bake for 20 mins or until a tooth pick comes out clean.

  9. While donutes are baking, make frostings.

  10. For chocolate frosting: add avocados to a food processor fitted with an S blade and blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again until smooth. Use immediately or store in fridge till ready to use.

  11. For peanut butter frosting: Drain and rinse cashews, then place in a food processor or high speed blender along with other ingredients and blend until smooth. Use immediately or store in fridge till ready. 

  12. Let cool completely before frosting, adding peanut butter cream cheese to the chocolate half and chocolate frosting to the peanut butter.
