PEANUT BUTTER CHIP
- 2 eggs
- 2 ripened bananas
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 6 tbsp Honey, Agave, or Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
1.) Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2.) Line muffin tin with liners or non-stick cooking spray.
3.) Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor fitted with an S blade. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
4.) Fold in chocolate chips to the batter.
5.) Pour batter into each tin so that it full about half way.
6.) Bake for 15 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
