PB FLAX MUFFINS
- 3/4 cup ground flax
- 3/4 cup Peanut Butter Protein
- 1/4 cup Cacao Powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1 banana mashed
- 1/4 cup egg whites
1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.) in a bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Whisk to combine.
3.) Add remaining wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir to combine.
4.) Spray muffin tin with coconut oil spray. Add batter to tins.
5.) Bake for 30 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6.) Optional: Drizzle tops of muffins with melted Peanut Butter.
