1/2 Frozen Banana 

1/2 cup Cauli Rice

1 Tbsp Almond Butter

1 Tbsp Coconut Butter

1 scoop Vanilla Protein 

1 scoop Collagen

1 tsp Maca Powder

1 tsp Almond Extract

2 tbsp Cacao Nibs

Almond or Coconut Milk


2 Choc PB FLAX muffins (recipe here) crumbled

Shaved Coconut 

Chia Seeds 

Add all ingredients to a food processor fitted with an S blade or high speed blender. Add milk of choice a little a time while blending until the consistency is where you want it. Less liquid = thicker consistency. Top with Chocolate PB Flax Muffins, other favorite toppings and enjoy!
