1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice

1/2 frozen banana

1/4 cup cold brew coffee

1 scoop Cafe Latte Protein

1 tsp maca powder

1/2 cup almond milk

Topped With:

1 Emmy's Organic Coconut Cookie (crumbled)

1/4 cup shaved almonds

1 tbsp chia seeds


Make sure you have all frozen ingredients prepped ahead of time. I like to chop and store them in portioned sized freezer bags for convenience. Then start by measuring, preparing and sorting all the other ingredients you'll need.

1. Add cauliflower, banana, cold brew, maca, protein powder and splash of the almond into a blender or food processor fitted with s blade. Pulse or blend ingredients on low until they begin to break up and combine.

2. Add remaining almond milk and blend on high until thick and smooth. You may need to stop an scrap the edges a few times.

3. Pour into bowl, top with goodies and maybe some ground espresso beans. Enjoy!
