
CINNABUNZ
Ingredients:
2 Dates Pitted
1/2 Cup Cauli Rice
1/2 Frozen Banana
1 scoop Vanilla Protein
1 tbsp Almond Butter
Dash of Maple Syrup
Dash of Vanilla Extract
Two dashes of Cinnamon
Almond milk
1 tbsp Vanilla Coconut Yogurt
Toppings:
1/4 cup Purely Elizabeth Granola
1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
Handful of Cacao Nibs
Handful of shaved almonds
1 tbsp chia seeds
Directions:
Make sure you have all frozen ingredients prepped ahead of time. I like to chop and store them in portioned sized freezer bags for convenience. Then start by measuring, preparing and sort all the other ingredients you'll need.
1. Add all ingredients except Coconut Yogurt and splash of the almond milk into a blender or food processor fitted with s blade. Pulse or blend ingredients on low until they begin to break up and combine.
2. Add remaining almond milk and blend on high until thick and smooth. You may need to stop an scrap the edges a few times.
3. Pour into bowl, swirl in Coconut Yogurt, top with goodies and enjoy!
