CHOCOLATE MACA BERRY MINI MUFFINS

Ingredients:

3/4 cup Chocolate Tone It Up Protein
3⁄4 cup almond flour 
1⁄2 tsp. baking soda
1⁄2 tsp. baking powder 
1⁄4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1⁄4 cup maple syrup
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
1/2 cup Maca Berry Health-Ade Kombucha
1/4 cup Semi Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips
Coconut Oil Spray

 


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a mini muffin tin with coconut oil spray.

  2. Combine protein, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and mix together.

  3. In a separate large bowl, whisk egg. Mix in maple syrup, and coconut oil

  4. Add in Health-Ade Kombucha to wet ingredients. Mix well.

  5. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Combine and mix all together.

  6. Gently mix in Chocolate Chips.

  7. Evenly distribute batter into mini muffin pan. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes. Enjoy!
