2 ripe bananas 

1/4 cup Greek yogurt 

1/4 cup honey

1 tsp vanilla extract 

2 eggs

3/4 cup of vanilla protein 

2 tbsp cacao powder

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt



1.) Preheat over 350. Spray muffin tin with coconut oil.

2.) In large bowl mash bananas till smooth.

3.) Add in Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla and mix.

4.) Stir in 1 egg. 

5.) Combine all dry ingredients in separate bowl.

6.) Gradually stir egg mixture with the dry ingredients till combined. If mixture seems too dry add in remaining egg. Batter should be on the thicker side.

7.) Pour into tin. Bake for 25 mins. Or until tooth pick comes out clean.
