CAKE BATTER SMOOTHIE BOWL

Ingredients:

1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 frozen zucchini

1 scoop vanilla protein (use Tone It Up Organic)

2 tbsp organic peanut butter

splash of almond milk

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Top With:

Emmy's Organic Chocolate Cooknut Cookie (crumbled)

1/4 cup shaved almonds

1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions:

Make sure you have all frozen ingredients prepped ahead of time. I like to chop and store them in portioned sized freezer bags for convenience. Then start by measuring, preparing and sorting all the other ingredients you'll need.​

1. Add cauliflower, banana, zucchini, peanut butter, protein powder, vanilla extract and splash of the almond into a blender or food processor fitted with s blade. Pulse or blend ingredients on low until they begin to break up and combine.

2. Add remaining almond milk and blend on high until thick and smooth. You may need to stop an scrap the edges a few times.

3. Pour into bowl, top with goodies and maybe some sprinkles. Enjoy & consume immediately without guilt!
