1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice

1/2 frozen banana

small handful frozen zucchini

1 tbsp cacao powder

1 tsp maca powder

1 scoop chocolate protein powder (use Tone It Up Organics)

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

splash vanilla extract

Topped with:

Emmy's Organics Chocolate Coconut Cookie (crumbled)

2 tbsp shaved almonds

1 tbsp chia seeds


Make sure you have all frozen ingredients prepped ahead of time. I like to chop and store them in portioned sized freezer bags for convenience. Then start by measuring, preparing and sort all the other ingredients you'll need.

1. Add cauliflower, banana, zucchini, cacao, maca, protein powder, vanilla extract and splash of the almond into a blender or food processor fitted with s blade. Pulse or blend ingredients on low until they begin to break up and combine.

2. Add remaining almond milk and blend on high until thick and smooth. You may need to stop an scrap the edges a few times.

3. Pour into bowls and top with goodies. Eat immediately and enjoy!
