
BERRY FALL BOWL
Ingredients:
1 small frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Vanilla Protein (Use Tone It Up Organics)
1 scoop of collagen
-2 tbsp peanut butter
Almond Milk
Toppings:
-unsweetened coconut flakes
-chia seeds
-peanut butter chocolate chip LaraBar
-1 tbsp peanut butter drizzle
Directions:

Make sure you have all frozen ingredients prepped ahead of time. I like to chop and store them in portioned sized freezer bags for convenience. Then start by measuring, preparing and sort all the other ingredients you'll need.

Add all ingredients and splash of the almond into a blender or food processor fitted with s blade. Pulse or blend ingredients on low until they begin to break up and combine.

Add remaining almond milk and blend on high until thick and smooth. You may need to stop an scrap the edges a few times.

Pour into bowls and top with goodies. Eat immediately and enjoy!
